Formal attire. Midi-length dresses/suits and ties.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

 

Our ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so plan accordingly for footwear. Dinner will be served indoors, with music and dancing in a tented area under the stars!

Is the wedding kid friendly?

 

While we love your little ones, we cannot accommodate kids at the venue on our wedding day.

Are pictures or videos allowed during the wedding ceremony?

 

We ask that guests keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any pictures or videos during the ceremony. Rest assured, the professionals are handling this.

Is there transportation to/from the wedding venue?

Roundtrip transportation will be provided for all guests between the Renaissance Hotel and the venue on the day of the wedding. Given most guests are unfamiliar with the roads around the venue, we are strongly encouraging our guests to use this transportation.

If any guests insist on driving to the venue, please contact the bride or groom for a parking pass.

What should I do if I need an accommodation due to dietary preferences or food intolerances/allergies?
